This course is designed for 1st line IT Support Technicians who need to get to understand how computer network work, how to implement an appropriate network and how to troubleshoot network problems.

This course will teach you about the core concepts of networking and network architecture as well as how to configure TCP/IP on a client PC to work within a networked environment. Throughout this course you will get an understanding of the workings of DHCP and DNS as well as the basics of troubleshooting. Finally you will get a key understanding of how virtual networking works.

Pre-requisites: 

Delegates should have a basic working knowledge  of Windows.  Please note that this course assumes no previous knowledge of networked business environments.
