With this in mind, we have not only invested a huge amount of time developing our needs identification process, but also offer this service FREE OF CHARGE to Illuminate customers. There is no catch or hidden charge and there is absolutely no obligation to use our delivery services if you don't want to!
The process and methods are varied to identify training needs and we tailor our approach depending on a number of factors:

Timescale for delivery
Management structure of the organisation
Current learning and management tools already within the organisation
We will work with you to plan, develop, deliver and document, establishment wide, continued professional development and training needs plans ,that align organisational needs with each individuals training needs over a short, medium and long term plan.
All of these services can also be delivered remotely, reducing any impact on your organisation.
That's not all that's included in this free service! For larger training rollouts we can also offer to assist you in designing a delivery rollout plan, that will include creating a comprehensive skills matrix based on the outcomes of any training needs analysis that Illuminate performs.
